Our Service Commitment

At Prime Care Health Services, Inc. (PCHS, Inc.), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality home care services in an ethical, compassionate, professional, and environmentally friendly manner. Service Area

Our services are available throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, within a 50-mile radius from our office locations and those of our service staff, including RN, LVN, CHHA, PT, OT, ST, physicians, and other healthcare providers. We also offer caregiving services as authorized by patient insurance or financial responsibility.

Office Hours of Operation

Our office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. For assistance outside of these hours, a Registered Nurse is available on-call from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM to address any questions related to your healthcare needs. For true medical emergencies, please call 911.
